1. Definitions
For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire Terms & Conditions document.

- "Player" / "You" Any natural person who has registered a 135bet account, accessed the platform for the purpose of placing wagers or playing games, or is in the process of completing registration.

- "Balance" The total funds denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held within a player's account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any bonus funds clearly labelled as such.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an active account on the 135bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account.
Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age. 135bet strictly enforces a minimum age policy and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation to verify age at any stage. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited by the underage individual will be returned to the original deposit source after administrative review. No winnings accumulated by an underage account holder will be paid out under any circumstances.
One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the 135bet platform. Creating a second account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's identity, or any other mechanism — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 135bet may close all associated accounts, void all outstanding wagers, and retain any bonus funds credited across those accounts. Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your account lifetime by updating it promptly if any details change. 135bet may verify registration information through third-party identity verification services at any time.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 135bet immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.
Jurisdictional Compliance. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 135bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 135bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside of 135bet's control.

Refusal of Transactions. 135bet reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other irregularity. In such cases, 135bet will notify the player and may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
135bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are optional — players may opt out of receiving bonus funds at the time of deposit if they prefer to play with real money only and avoid wagering requirements.
Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.
Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. The standard contribution rates are as follows: slots contribute 100% of each wager; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger) contribute 10%; sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%; sports betting wagers at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. 135bet reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.
Bonus Abuse. 135bet monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets (e.g., betting on both outcomes of a two-outcome market) to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Confirmed abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Promotion-Specific Terms. Certain promotions — particularly seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, IPL, or Pohela Boishakh — may carry their own specific terms, including different wagering multipliers, eligible games, or expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms will always be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they differ.
Bonus Modification and Withdrawal. 135bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including for individual players where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the modification, provided the relevant wagering requirements are met within the original expiry window.
5. Fair Play & Game Rules
135bet is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and competitive gaming environment for all players. The following rules govern conduct across all games and betting markets available on the platform.
Certified Random Number Generators. - Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, card games, or any other multi-player format.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors in betting markets, or technical malfunctions to generate profits. Wagers placed during a known or reported error are void.
- Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between markets or between 135bet and other platforms, if conducted with the intent to generate risk-free profits through coordinated account activity.
Void Bets and Game Cancellations. 135bet reserves the right to void any wager placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error — or to cancel a game round where a technical fault compromised the integrity of the outcome. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full. No additional compensation is payable for voided bets.
Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game outcome, a bet settlement, or a transaction must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 72 hours of the event in question. Players must include their account username, the relevant game or bet reference, and a clear description of the dispute. 135bet will investigate and respond within 5 business days. The decision of 135bet's resolution team is final and binding in all matters not subject to an external regulatory process.
6. Account Suspension & Closure
135bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — under a range of circumstances outlined below. Players also retain the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure by 135bet. 135bet may suspend or close an account where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials; the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; the player is located in a jurisdiction where the use of this platform is prohibited; or continued account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Balance Treatment on Closure. Where an account is closed by 135bet due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's original deposit payment method within 10 business days, net of any amounts owed to 135bet (for example, chargebacks initiated by the player). Where an account is closed at the player's own request, the full real-money balance will be returned via the preferred withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
Voluntary Account Closure. To close your 135bet account voluntarily, submit a written closure request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Specify whether the closure is permanent or a temporary self-exclusion, and indicate your preferred withdrawal method for any remaining balance. 135bet will process the closure within 2 business days of receiving a valid request.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to stop gambling due to concerns about problem gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30, 90, or 180 days, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended, deposits are blocked, and all marketing communications are ceased. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. 7. Liability & Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 135bet disclaims all warranties — express or implied — relating to the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The following limitations apply to your use of the 135bet platform.
Platform Availability. 135bet makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, internet service outages, or acts of third parties outside 135bet's control), or cyber incidents. 135bet accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
Player Responsibility for Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. Players accept full responsibility for all wagers placed from their accounts. 135bet accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player, including losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform (such as statistical data, odds, or game descriptions) that subsequently proves to be inaccurate. Players should always gamble within their means.
Third-Party Game Providers. Games on the 135bet platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 135bet accepts no direct liability for technical errors, game malfunctions, or outcome disputes within games operated by these providers, except to the extent that 135bet acts as the intermediary in dispute resolution as described in Section 5.
Security Incidents. While 135bet implements 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols, no online system can guarantee absolute security. 135bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player's own credentials were compromised through phishing, malware on the player's own device, or sharing of login details with a third party.
Jurisdictional Compliance. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 135bet platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 135bet makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful outside of the jurisdictions it explicitly serves. 135bet accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
Maximum Liability. In any event where 135bet is found liable to a player under applicable law, 135bet's total maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower. This cap does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct by 135bet.
8. Governing Law & Amendments
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of this document and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the terms of 135bet's international operating licence. Players who access the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable Bangladeshi law. Nothing in these terms should be construed as 135bet making any representation about the legal status of online gambling under Bangladeshi domestic law.
Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through 135bet's internal customer support process as described in Section 5. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". 135bet will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days with a written decision.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to These Terms. 135bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 135bet will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Revised" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 135bet regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, and arrangements, whether oral or written.
